The safest cities for 2018 in Missouri have been identified by The National Council for Home Safety and Security. Many of the cities are located near St. Louis.
The Council used FBI Uniform Crime Report statistics with internal research to come up with the ranking. They eliminated cities with populations lower than 10,000 from their data.
The safest city in Missouri is Ballwin, an upper middle-class suburb of St Louis. Ballwin has also been named one of the best places to live in the U.S. numerous times by several publications.
Coming in second is the community of Town and Country, also in West St Louis County. Town and Country will host the 2018 PGA Championship at its prestigious Bellerive Country Club.
