The types of homes we have in these mountains are very unique in there ways of not being your typical track homes. Every house is unique in there own ways and some even come with Lake Views! There are homes from the early 1920s to 2018 Some come with fireplaces which are gas, electric, wood or a combination of two such as gas and wood together. The prices can start from $75,000 in upwards to $5,000,000 depending on many factors such as the location, the size of the house and many other features including but not limited to Lake Views etcetera! I have lived in these mountains for over 7 years and there's no better place that I would rather be than up here where the fresh air is and the beautiful birds and different types of animals you see at all times of the day. I have even occasionally seen a couple of bears which Is rare because they usually don't come close to where the people live. I remember when I first moved in to the mountains in the Big Bear California area and there was so much snow that I felt like I was in a fairy tale and had so much fun in it with all my family and friends that came up and visited and spent the night it was great! I loved the mountains so much but the drive was a little bit too much after four years so I found out about the Crestline area and just knowing that I could still get the piece of mind with all the beautiful trees and animals for only 20 minutes up the hill as apposed to 2hrs of driving I immediately new that Crestline was going to be the place for me!

Joey is hard working! What he lacks in years of experience, he far makes up for in effort. Half the game is showing up and Joey was always available. When a problem or question would arise, Joey attacked with vigor. His support structure with Lynn Wilson enabled us as clients to know that the team was a strong one. I would not hesitate to have Joey work our next opportunity. He gets across the finish line!Less
