The future of  32nd Street will bring bike lanes, repaving 32nd street with rubberized asphalt, distinct community branding art and more businesses.  Local businesses like 32 Shea, Aioli Burgers, Press Coffee, Tap Room, Wood Fired Pizzeria, Bosa Donuts, and Original Breakfast House  are already starting to see the impacts of the community support.

The Tatum and Shea area is bustling with restaurants, and retail shops, heck we even have a Fancy Fry's.  There are many medical offices as well as office buildings.  Being right on the border with Scottsdale to the east and Paradise Valley to the south, this area is extremely desirable for both living and working.
